Jeremy Goldberg serves as the National Director of Maxim Physician Resources, overseeing all day-to-day operations of MPR with an emphasis on recruitment and sales operations. As National Director, Jeremy works to promote MPR’s ability to focus on individual and client needs, along with uncompromising dedication to credentialing and compliance. Brian Gokey
Director of Recruitment Operations

As the Director of Recruitment Operations, Brian Gokey oversees the hiring, training, and development of Maxim Physician Resources’ recruiters. Prior to this role, Brian served as both the Government and Emergency Medicine Team Leader for MPR, managing the recruitment and placement of physicians in emergency medicine positions and government facilities. Brian began his career with MPR in 2004 as a recruiter focused on the placement of radiology and primary care physicians. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University - Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration, and holds a B.B.A. in Management.

Jason Cupples joined Maxim Physician Resources in 2012 after nearly a decade with Maxim. As the National Account Executive, he is responsible for new business development and marketing. Prior to assuming this role, Jason served as a recruiter, sales manager, and accounts manager of the Maxim Staffing Solutions’ Grand Rapids, MI, office. He began his career with Maxim in 2003. Chris Whitlock serves as the Emergency Medicine Team Leader for Maxim Physician Resources. Prior to the development of the Emergency Medicine team, Chris focused more closely on business development operations, including new contracts, from his start date with MPR in June 2006. Correctional Team Leader

Laird Dunham joined Maxim Physician Resources in July of 2005, where he began as a physician consultant focusing on Mental Health and Anesthesia related specialties. He later transitioned into placing Locum Tenens outpatient Primary Care physicians in early 2006. Today, Laird focuses on marketing the full range of MPR services to potential government and correctional clients on federal, state, and local levels, and the recruitment and placement of locum tenens physicians in Correctional and Government facilities. Kelly Burns

Kelly Burns is responsible for implementing the credentialing plan for Maxim Physician Resources (MPR), and ensures MPR is compliant with all organizational policies and procedures. She also fulfills credentialing requirements for each physician, and develops, communicates, and maintains all standard operating procedures for the department. Prior to this, Kelly held the role of Credentialing Specialist, where she assisted in the credentialing process of Maxim’s physicians, obtained and verified the licensure, education and training of physicians to ensure the placement of qualified applicants. Kelly has been with Maxim Physician Resources since October of 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington. E-mail Kelly.
Nicole Dady
Mental Health Team Leader

Nicole Dady serves as the Mental Health Team Leader for Maxim Physician Resources. Prior to assuming this role, Nicole worked as a Physician Consultant on the Primary Care Team. Nicole also served within the Kansas City, Indianapolis, and Des Moines markets for Maxim Staffing Solutions as a Nursing and Allied Health Recruiter. As the Mental Health Team Leader, Nicole and her team focus on assisting both outpatient and inpatient Mental Health facilities to recruit and retain qualified Psychiatrists and Psychologists. Dustin Darakhshan joined Maxim Physician Resources in 2011 as a Primary Care Physician Consultant. He was promoted to the division’s Central Region Team Lead in 2012. Prior to joining MPR, he served as a Team Manager for an allied healthcare recruiting firm in Dallas, Texas. As the Primary Care Team Lead for the Central Region, Dustin focuses on marketing, recruiting, and staffing physicians in Alaska, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, and Wisconsin, as well as expanding and developing new business.
